New Patients
Patients must be eighteen years of age. If a patient is under eighteen years of age, the patient must be accompanied by their designated Caregiver. Patients must provide a copy of their New Mexico State ID as well as their New Mexico Medical Cannabis Card at the time of service.

Out of State Patients:
If you possess a Medical Card and Drivers License from another state (Medical Card and State ID must match) you may be eligible to be registered in New Mexico as a reciprocal patient. Please call your closest location with any questions concerning your possible eligibility.
